Valentine's Day is this Sunday and I have a few romantic comedy/ dramas that I saw for Valentine's Day.
My first movie is Acadamy Award Winner 1997 Best Picture "Titanic". It is about the lifa a woman named Rose that lives in First Class that is rescued from almost falling of the ship by a man named Jack that lives in 3rd Class. She is currently together with a man named Cal tht hates Jack and even frames him for stealing a necklace. While this is going on, the Titanic hits an iceburg and Captian Smith must get every soul of the ship in 2 hours before it's Davy Jone's Locker for everyone. James Cameron did it again! This was a great movie that I don't know why I haven't seen it before. I'm glad is won all the Oscars because it deserved it! 5 Stars and Buy it!
My second movie is "Bride Wars". It is about 2 best friends that acidently get booked for the same day at a hotel of thier dreams. They toruture each others weddings intill someone calls it quits. This movie was borring. I think they could of done better. 2 1/2 Stars and Skip it.
My third movie is technicly not a romantic comedy but it is about love. "Bewhiched" is about Isabel Bigelow (Nicole Kidman), a young witch who wants to give up magic and have a normal life, despite her magic-loving father's (Michael Caine) warnings that she cannot live without it. She meets a failing movie star named Jack Wyatt (Will Ferrell) who wants to find an unknown actress to play a witch — and his wife — in a TV show, a modern adaptation of the classic TV show Bewitched, a play whereby the egocentric actor can eclipse his co-star and claim the spotlight entirely. Part of this, Jack is perpetrated by his agent (Jason Schwartzman), who is just as obnoxious as Jack. This movie was okay. It wasn't what I expected but it was okay. 3 stars and Skip it.
My last movie is "Love Actually". It is about 9 stories of people trying to find love. This is the best romantic comedy I have ever seen! This movie had people like Liam Nesson, Alan Rickman, Colin Firth, Bill Nighy, Keira Knightley, Emma Thompson, Hugh Grant, Thomas Sangster, Rowan Atkinson, and many more. I thought this had Best Picture Potential. I give it 5 Stars and Buy It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's it. I hope you have a happy valentine's day and I will have another DVD review soon.
